  1. Just being called by my registered first name was enough to know i was in trouble. The F stands for what I was called the rest of the time. xxx F

  2. Whenever someone calls me ‘Deborah’, I correct them right away. It’s ‘Debby’. When I am called ‘Deborah’, I get the feeling that I’m in big trouble.

  3. I remember one time when I was in an outpatients clinic (when I broke my arm) and the specialist came into a fully packed waiting room and called “Stanley” – no one moved. He went to another area and yes, he was calling “Stanley”. Finally he came back with the reception who pointed out Stanley (who was sitting next to his wife) – still no response until his wife said “no one calls him Stanley is name is Stan” (they were probably both in their 80s)

  4. I don’t have a middle name. My parents were too poor lol
Actually it was weird having to tell people that I didn’t have one. They never believed me

  5. Ah, the full-name ultimatum!

You don’t have to shout it, but instead say it in a soft restrained voice and your kids will definitely know they are in trouble!
