I have the opposite problem. It is heat I struggle with. And when I have taken off all that I can (and still be seen in public) I am still hot. I dread summer. Really dread it.
So I feel for you, though our preferred temperatures are at opposite ends of the spectrum (my ideal temperature is around 14C).
