Sigh. My partner prefers to look with his mouth rather than his eyes. And I do these days level some of those decidedly unhelpful remarks his way.

I was going to suggest check the peg bag. I have learned that’s where mine inevitably end up as I’m rushing to lock the garage and get the washing in before the rain falls. Handful of pegs, forget the keys are in that lot…rush about…tomorrow: “so where are the garage keys?” I nearly had to get a new set cut. It had been a whole day of searching. Every pocket, drawer, windowsill etc. Several times. Panic was trying to get a foot in….. Late in the day a light bulb went on in the dark recesses of my brain.🙄

Normally when I do this, they’re hanging at the hook where they are supposed to be, they were just “invisible” when I looked there 😉

So, sso familiar. It’s usually my glasses. I put them in the oddest places. I’ve learnt with keys that I have to hang them on the hook by the door immediately I get inside.

Oh dear, this sounds quite familiar. My adult daughter sent me this meme, “the adult version of “Head Shoulders knees and toes” is “Wallet, glasses, keys, and phone.” So true.
