Oh yes – come on – be honest
I’m sure any of us who have been in ‘lockdown’ will be able to relate to this 😊
Fun Friday – the day you forget the worries of the week.

Come live love and laugh with me
And I often wonder – how did women cope here in the hot Australian sun all those years ago wearing the ‘fashionable’ layers of clothing deemed necessary in those days

I also wonder if I would have rebelled at fashion trends of the day and removed many of those layers in the privacy of my home 😊
Linking to Monday Murals hosted by Sami at Colourful World
The silos were painted by Tim Bowden – I’ve been unable to find the names of the Bowen artist
Yes it’s the same familiar small stretch of sand – the same old beach towel
Possibly different rubber thongs – plus a different book to read.
Definitely a different year 😊
My morning routine has begun – several days of the week
While The Golfer is ‘golfing’ I spend some early morning time at Rose Bay
Note for Lee – the little caravan park is still there. Seems a place for young at heart travellers to stay, lots of camper vans and youngsters in loose flowing clothes there. No cabins though.
(At the moment there are problems with the internet services where we are staying so I’m going to have to use the library or Maccas in town – 3kms away. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon)
All it took was a four day drive – via regional New South Wales
(where even a small local businesses seemed mindful of strict covid precautions – QR code and mask….no if’s or buts)

Up to the Sunshine state of Queensland where just like magic all my worries woes and misery seemed to lift off my shoulders.

I’ll begin to think about state borders again in September- when it’ll be time to return home
In the meantime I’ll be slathering on the sun screen and dipping my toes in the Coral Sea – see ya sometime soon😊
