Just recently I was told, ‘for the good of my mental and physical health’ I must slow down. Â Seems I’ve been giving too much to others and not enough to myself.
So with that in mind I’ve decided to push the pause button, put Still Waters on hold, and take a break.
Here’s a little bit of trivia for you
Did you know that Pause used as a verb means ‘to stop for a short time’ – and when used as a noun Pause means ‘a short break’?
Not much difference is there?
