Ladies – this will cheer you up.
Especially those in the Northern Hemisphere still feeling the cold
GONNA BE A BEAR.
In this life I am a woman. In my next life I’d like to come back as a bear.
When you’re a bear you get to hibernate. You do nothing but sleep for 6 months of the year. I could deal with that!
Before you hibernate you’re supposed to eat yourself stupid.
I could deal with that!
When you’re a girl bear, you birth your children (who are the size of walnuts) whilst you ‘sleep’ and wake up to partially grown, cute, cuddly cubs.
I could deal with that!
If you’re a Mama bear, everyone knows you mean business. You swat anyone who bothers your cubs. If your cubs get out of line, you swat them too.
I could deal with that!
If you are a bear, your mate expects you to wake up growling. He EXPECTS you to have hairy legs and excess bodyfat.
Yep! Gonna be a bear.
(Found online so take with a pinch of salt)
Fun Friday – the day you put all the worries of the week behind you
Yay…

Hilarious… but some truth to it!

I like the sound of this. About birth, pandas are huge and their newborns are so tiny they don’t always know they’re born. I could handle that, yes.

That’s hilarious, Cathy! I’m in the Northern Hemisphere, and it’s time to wake up—winter is almost over!

I definitely want to be a bear. Protected in a park preferably! Can’t think of any ‘cons’ except those hunters.

Yes, I could easily be a bear, particularly one with a sore head.
I enjoyed reading about black bears, but wouldn’t relish meeting one in the wild, though that’s unlikely in the south of England!

If not I was determined to be an owl, a bear would be my choice.

Thanks for the smiles. By the end of winter, I feel as if I’ve found my inner bear. This year that feels especially true.

Fabulous. I am going to be a cat. Best places in the house to sleep, food when you need it, staff who are grateful for the slightest attention, come and go as you please, nights on the town expected…
