My Mom always went to sleep with the TV on. When my Dad went to bed and saw she was asleep, he’d turn off the TV. Then Mom would abruptly awake and tell him to turn it on that she “was not” asleep. I had a patient who really slept with his eyes half open. It always scared the night nurses checking in on him, because we thought he’d expired. Not sure how he did that. Linda in Kansas
That cat is just like me, or I am like the cat,
specially now when I’m snuggled up under a blanket. Ive been, trying, to watch a rerun of old CSI programmes. They’re at 10pm. I see the start, then…..
That would be Mr B, and if you turn it off he complains he was watching that. He can’t summarize the plot or tell you anything about the last scene however. Mr T (who looks like that) will be sitting on his legs monitoring the snoring.
It is fatal for me to sit in a lounge chair after dinner. I stay awake at the computer desk but on a chair watching tv, I quickly drop off.
“Are you awake?”
“Yes.”
In fact I am pretty well asleep but I can still hear.
“Go to bed.”
“In a minute”.
Back to sleep.
Watch YouTube clips on tv during the day, I keep falling asleep.
Relaxing time while having an extended CT scan at the same time of the day, I am wide awake.
just like my hubby, i say you slept through half the race, he says I was not asleep, I say your were snoring. this is really cute

Comfy cats. I love the pictures! How did you get them to pose like that?

Yes indeed it sounds familiar. I have a husband who can fall asleep at the drop of a hat but claim he has not.

This is my hubby to a T.
If he will start snoring and I’ll tell him to go to bed. He’ll reply that he wasn’t asleep. Then you snore while away now 😒
