I’m probably classed as poor sleeper, but somehow I seem to survive. Occasionally I sleep the entire night through…if it’s a quiet night, like no sirens or heavy wind.
As the this song my dreams are never about sunbeams or teddy bears!.

new song to me. my answer would be no, I can’t stand to be touched when I am trying to sleep, even the dogs can’t sleep on the bed and we have a california king bed, it was either that or twin beds. I sleep 6 or 6 hour a night most nights unless my mind is in gear and will not stop spinning with thought
