I think the majority of us accept the seriousness of the human situation.
Unfortunately human power structures in religion, politics, and business, put the least able to fight for human survival in key decision making positions.
This has not changed in thousands of years. We have along history of knowing, and a long history of ignoring, e.g. “the meek shall inherit the earth”.

The dinosaur is right. Sadly rather a lot of other dinosaur’s have tooooo much power.
