After 4 long days driving 2,500 kms we are at our journeys end
blue skies – warm sunny days – time to relax
And visit my favourite sitting and reading beach – Rose Bay also at Bowen
As you can see after inspecting this morning all present and correct and waiting to be enjoyed

Before even reading your script my heart leapt! I recognised those beaches instantly. I love the Bowen beaches. When I was living and working in Collinsville I often escaped to them when I could. I always stayed in a cabin on the foreshore at Rose Bay…at the Rose Bay Caravan Park. The cabin was named “Laguna”…it was right on the foreshore, looking across to Gloucester Island.
I’ve written about it previously in my blog…a couple of times.
